Design / Review Process

1. Before starting the project, we conduct a comprehensive review of all details to ensure transparency and avoid surprises, especially at this critical juncture. Our dedicated team, comprising the sales representative, landscape designer, and assigned construction foreman, meticulously examines the project to ensure everything is in order.

2. We will assign skilled crews and specialized tradespeople to handle your project, who may request your assistance in locating utilities and services on your property. Subsequently, the design team will conduct an on-site visit to gather measurements, assess grades, and capture photographs.

3. Following a typical process depending on the project type, the crews will begin the project, which generally involves steps such as demolition, excavation, material delivery, base preparation, electrical and plumbing rough-ins, hardscape installation, carpentry, lighting and appliance installation, planting and sodding, site repairs, detailing, testing, and thorough clean-up.

4. We will promptly inform you of any developments or insights and diligently document specifics, providing updates on any plan modifications. Rest assured, you will always be informed of the progress and current status of your project.

5. A follow-up visit will be scheduled to gather feedback and assess your satisfaction with the project. Our greatest pleasure is witnessing your appreciation for the newly created space, and we would be honored to include photographs of the completed project in our portfolio.
